MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN VNCHIP INSTITUTE AND CENTER FOR ECONOMICS, LAW AND GOVERNANCE (CTELG)

On December 19, 2023, the VNCHIP Institute for Semiconductor Technology Research and Development signed a business consulting agreement with the Center for Economics, Law and Governance (CTELG) – under the School of Economics, Law and State Governance (CELG), University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). The event marks a strategic collaboration between a semiconductor technology research institute and a consulting and research center specializing in economics and management.

Under this agreement, CTELG will directly advise the VNCHIP Institute’s Board of Members for over three years, focusing on developing business strategies, strengthening organizational capacity, expanding customer networks, optimizing governance models, and enhancing brand positioning. This consulting model emphasizes close cooperation, combining CTELG’s academic expertise with VNCHIP’s practical experience in technology management and operations.

With the vision to become a leading research and development institute in Vietnam’s semiconductor technology sector, VNCHIP focuses on integrated circuit (IC) design and IP core research, providing technical solutions and services to both domestic and international clients. The collaboration with CTELG – UEH not only supports VNCHIP in improving its strategic and managerial capabilities but also creates opportunities for cooperation in training, career orientation, and knowledge transfer for the next generation of semiconductor engineers.

VNCHIP believes that this partnership with CTELG will establish a solid foundation for long-term growth while promoting the dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge within Vietnam’s semiconductor ecosystem.
