CONFIDENTIALITY PRINCIPLES

 

Confidentiality obligations continue after employment; former employees must not use or disclose confidential information.
Unauthorized use or disclosure may result in discipline, termination, or legal action.
Any suspected or actual breach must be reported immediately and employees must cooperate with investigations.
VNCHIP may withhold sensitive or proprietary information; employees must respect access restrictions.
Upon termination or request, employees must return and delete all confidential information and confirm compliance if asked.
All electronic communication must follow cybersecurity policies; employees may not use unsecured networks, personal email, or unauthorized software.
Confidential data must be securely stored; copying or storing it on personal devices or external systems without permission is strictly prohibited.
Disclosure or sharing of confidential information with any party requires prior written approval.
Only authorized employees may access confidential information; managers ensure compliance.
Confidential information must be protected and used only for legitimate business purposes, never for personal or third-party benefit.
