Talent Program

At VNCHIP Institute, we empower young engineers to advance their careers in IC Design and core technologies, adhering to international standards.

Over the past five years, the VNCHIP Talent Program has witnessed the dedication and growth of multiple generations of young Vietnamese engineers. In the early days, when the domestic semiconductor industry was still nascent, participants entered the program with understandable hesitation. Yet, through each course, hands-on session, and project, they advanced rapidly. Their transformation from inexperienced learners into confident, technically capable engineers with a strong spirit of curiosity has become one of the program’s most meaningful achievements in its initial phase.

To meet the growing demand for highly skilled professionals in a rapidly accelerating semiconductor landscape, the first phase of the VNCHIP Talent Program centered on core technical training, especially integrated circuit design, supported by essential foundational skills such as communication and teamwork. With guidance from industry experts, enterprises, and academic institutions, the program equipped participants with both the technical competence and the confidence needed to enter the global technology environment.

Beginning in 2026, the program will undergo a comprehensive upgrade driven by a spirit of bold innovation. For the first time, business–tech thinking, management awareness, and key professional skills will be integrated to provide a more holistic development journey for young engineers. The aim is to cultivate individuals with a broad vision, the ability to connect technology with market needs, and the mindset to lead innovation, forming the core talent of Vietnam’s semiconductor industry in the coming decade. Each year, 35–50 selected participants will join a 3-month program, beginning with orientation in late April and concluding with certification in September.
