The VNCHIP Institute of Semiconductor Research and Development is pleased to officially announce the launch of the VNCHIP Talent Program 2026, a prestigious training initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of talent in the semiconductor and IC design industry.

The program aims to provide high-quality training, hands-on experience, and professional mentoring, equipping participants with both technical expertise and essential professional competencies to meet industry demands.

In 2026, the VNCHIP Talent Program will select 40 - 60 outstanding candidates from national and international applicants. The program is offered at no participation cost, reflecting VNCHIP’s strong commitment to talent development and sustainable growth of the semiconductor ecosystem.
