VNCHIP Launches Talent Program 2025 with a Power-Packed Orientation Day

Empowering Vietnam’s next generation of IC Design engineers

The energy was electric at VNCHIP’s Talent Program 2025 Orientation Day , as nearly 100 of Vietnam’s brightest 4th-year university students gathered to kickstart their journey in Integrated Circuit (IC) Design — one of the nation’s top-priority industries.

Held at the vibrant campus of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) , the event marked the official start of the VNCHIP Talent Program 2025 — an elite training initiative offering $2,000 scholarships to 40 selected participants. With mentorship from leading engineers, access to Vietnam’s first Cadence Certified Lab , and hands-on IC projects, these future innovators are ready to rise.

"This program is about more than just design tools — it's about designing careers, creating futures, and putting Vietnam on the global IC map," said Mr. Luc Duc Tri, CEO of VNCHIP .

What Happened at Orientation Day?

The orientation event was a celebration of knowledge, ambition, and Vietnam’s growing potential in high-tech chip design. As students stepped into the world of silicon and simulation, they also became part of a broader vision — building Vietnam’s semiconductor ecosystem, one chip at a time.
